• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on Dhaka 7 App:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform offers a dedicated "Cash Out" option.
• Live betting is available even after an event has started, though odds are subject to change.
• If a match or event is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In Sports Betting, the official match result shall be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or any violation of sports integrity.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Filing false complaints or initiating chargeback claims against the platform.

Any of the above activities, if detected, will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Dhaka 7 App may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or indications of money laundering.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account. Once closed, you have 90 days to claim any remaining balance.
